White Pine

The Challenge:  While cross country skiing is a sport of endurance, the reputation (and sales) of cross country experts White Pine Touring had gotten tired. It was our job to whip them into shape so they could hit top form.
White Pine was not lacking on knowledge or expertise, and for many years this was enough to make up for their lack of reinvestment in their image. And infrastructure. And advertising. But it eventually caught up to them and sales stagnated. Drastic changes were drastically needed. In this instance, we tossed everything but the experts, and rebuilt White Pine from the roots up. This included a complete redesign of the store, the logo, the advertising and finally, the reputation. We took White Pine from sleepy sliders into a dynamic Nordic force.
 
The Result: In three years, sales have gone up 250% and White Pine has found the endurance to go the distance.
