With so much focus on the metrics of digital marketing, it’s important to remember that the long-term viability of a company depends on its brand value. When Implant Direct asked for support reviving their brand image, we gladly stepped up and accepted the challenge. NPS is a simple metric to measure if your customers would recommend you. A score of 50 is excellent; anything over 70 is considered elite. After a year of our rebranding work, Implant Direct scored a 73%, compared to 41% for other implant companies. They remain one of the most highly recommended implant companies in their field and we’ve got the data to prove it.
