St. Regis

The Challenge: To muscle our way into an already crowded luxury real estate market.

Park City, Utah is one of the hottest upscale real estate markets in the country. However, they were lacking a nationally branded, luxury hotel. Enter St. Regis, who decided to open shop in Park City. However in an ultra-competitive marketplace, they needed more than name recognition to set themselves apart from the existing high-end lodging. To this end we planned and implemented an aggressive PR initiative, which was followed up with an opulent direct mail piece to the influential persons within the real estate market. We followed all this up with the creation of a series of print advertisement as well as the creation of a high-end electronic brochure (it’s nice when clients have money!)

The Result: During a period of significant correction in the real estate market, and the overall economy struggling with “the Great Recession”, St. Regis Deer Crest became the most successful resort real estate offering in North America.
