One-year after launching, SureSmile Aligner was having difficulty penetrating an already saturated marketplace and getting their product into dental and orthodontic offices. Their business-to-business model was being overshadowed by the direct-to-consumer model of their competitors like Invisalign. We developed an omnichannel digital marketing plan, complete with multiple email drip campaigns and social media integration (with both paid and organic content) to bring awareness to the brand, educate doctors about the product and highlight leading brand ambassadors. The goal was to generate leads for new business. Over the first year, paid and organic digital advertising generated 485 new leads.
